Environment Control is looking for a Human Resources and Payroll Administrator in a position where you are in many ways "The Face and Voice of EC"!  Key duties include:

  • administering payroll, benefits, timekeeping and company records
  • managing employee databases
  • answering phones and greeting visitors
  • general data entry and filing
  • preparing, printing, and distributing payroll, forms and documents
  • supporting employee relations programs

Successful candidates are those:

  • with an HR and/or administrative background who have a spirit of service
  • a sincere personality with an achiever mentality
  • must enjoy multi-tasking
  • set a high expectation to be organized while jumping from one task to another as you work in multiple computer programs and databases while greeting guests and answering phones.

The position has a set schedule of 8:30am-5pm, M-F.

$16.00+/hr with benefits effective the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment
