Environment Control is a commercial cleaning company owned and operated by Tom & Melody Hanson. We contract with local businesses big and small to clean their offices. We contract with the Lodi school district to clean all four schools during the school year and are actively recruiting for these teams.

This is a full-time 2nd shift position 3 pm-12 am Monday through Friday and the rare weekend coverage.

In this position you will be accountable for managing the nightly operations in this area, ongoing customer relations and to supervise employees at multiple facilities throughout the southeast parts of Madison.

You must have a proven record of excellent management experience; an ability to interact well with customers, and be someone who is great with people -- who cares for and motivates their employees toward excellence. You must have a Valid Driver License with a driving record that is insurable by business insurance standards; Criminal background checks including FBI fingerprinting for government clearance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

This position is physically challenging. It is a "hands on" management position that will require some cleaning, especially when training office cleaners. You will have to move vigorously and consistently, with a fast pace for up to ten hours. You will clean and train others to clean.

Starting wage is $15.50 hr based on industry experience, as well as management experience. We offer benefits on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. Our company continuously provides opportunities for advancement.
