We are in search of an Sales Representative to continue to grow our business throughout Wisconsin.   

We work hard to be the FINEST Building Service Contractor in Wisconsin and the leading company in our national organization.   Represent our company as a cutting edge service provider and leader in our industry. Our Sales Manager will work out of our Waukesha/Milwaukee, WI office and provide sales throughout Wisconsin. Successful candidates are those with a proven sales background who truly possess a customer service mentality with the inner drive to find and sign new business.  


Responsibilities include:

Prospecting and Networking: in office by phone and email using Salesforce and also out of office visiting potential customers facilities, attending industry-related functions to determine key decision-makers and discuss their current cleaning needs and create the next opportunity to bid

Prepare proposals and Bid presentations: determine needs with the customer and work with your sales team to prepare a proposal with an operational strategy, expectations, specifications and competitive pricing to match  

Facilitate an effective Start-up for new business: partner with each department to establish the necessary game plan to begin the new business and ensure a smooth transition to our operations


Competitive base salary plus commissions and sales bonuses.   Starting salary based on industry experience, education and other relevant qualifications.  We offer benefits to full-time employees on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

The job does require some minimum qualifications:

  • Valid Driver License with a driving record that is insurable by business insurance standards
  • B2B sales experience
