We are in search of an Business to Business experienced Sales Representative to provide janitorial sales to commercial businesses  through out their assigned territory.

Responsibilities include:

Prospecting and Networking: DOOR TO DOOR  visiting potential customers facilities, by phone and email using SalesForce  attending industry-related functions to determine key decision-makers and discuss their current cleaning needs and create the next opportunity to bid. 

Prepare proposals and Bid presentations: determine needs with the customer and work with your sales team to prepare a proposal with an operational strategy, expectations, specifications and competitive pricing to match  

Competitive salary and  commissions program:  

 Starting salary based on industry experience, education and other relevant qualifications.

Earnings Expectations $60,000-$85,000  annually. 

 We offer benefits to full-time employees on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

The job does require some minimum qualifications:
