We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Part-Time Recruiter to join our team in the Appleton area.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible hours
  • Compensation: $20 per hour
  • Location: Appleton, WI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screenings
  • Maintain effective communication with applicants
  • Support the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Previous recruiting or customer service experience is a plus
