Area Manager – Commercial Cleaning

Waukesha & Milwaukee, WI

💰 Starting Salary: $65,000+ per year
Plus Monthly Bonuses & Commissions

🕓 Full-Time | Monday–Friday
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
(Occasional weekend coverage required)

Environment Control has been a trusted commercial cleaning company in Wisconsin since 1972. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to manage operations, support employees, and deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support nightly cleaning operations
  •  train, and coach employees
  • Perform quality inspections
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Manage labor budgets and scheduling
  • Solve problems and ensure excellent service
  • Jump in and help the team when needed

What We're Looking For

✔ Leadership or management experience
✔ Commercial cleaning experience is a plus
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to work independently
✔ Valid Driver's License
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
