Now we're looking for a driven Sales Representative who's ready to take that mission to new customers and get rewarded for doing it. We are looking for Sales Representatives for the Twin Cities and Chicago/Gary Indiana areas.

What You'll Do
This is a true business development role. You'll spend your time building relationships, opening doors, meeting decision-makers, preparing proposals, and winning new commercial cleaning accounts.
You'll be responsible for:

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Meeting with business owners and facility managers
• Conducting facility walkthroughs and identifying customer needs
• Preparing professional bids and proposals
• Following up, overcoming objections, and closing sales
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Working with our operations team to ensure successful customer transitions

• Love finding and winning new business
• Have B2B sales or outside sales experience
• Are confident, persistent, and self-motivated
• Communicate professionally with business decision-makers
• Enjoy creating solutions rather than simply selling products
• Are organized and able to manage your own pipeline
• Want your income to reflect your performance
