Janitorial Area Manager

This is a full-time 2nd shift position 3 pm-12 am Monday through Friday and the occasional weekend coverage.

2. quality control

4. supervise and develop employees

Successful candidates are those with commercial cleaning or related management experience who truly have a customer service mentality with the inner drive to lead people.  

The ideal candidate must:

• have a proven record of industry experience in commercial cleaning or some equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish and English. 
• be experienced in managing people 
• have the skill to work smart and hard

• have an ability to treat every employee and customer with respect and dignity
• manage budgets
• have an appreciation and respect for the many cultures represented in our employees
• have an ability to interact well with customers

Starting salary is $55,000 year based on proven commercial cleaning experience as well as leadership, and management experience. Area Managers also are eligible for significant monthly labor and performance bonuses.

The job does require some minimum qualifications:

• Valid Driver License with a driving record that is insurable by business insurance standards
• Criminal background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Customer contracts require a willingness to receive all vaccinations, drug testing and annual flu shot which are paid.
