Environment Control is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Roving Day Porter to support cleaning operations at multiple UW Health locations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and taking pride in maintaining clean, safe, and professional healthcare facilities.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

• Occasional weekends may be required.

• Mandatory 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

• Drive an assigned Environment Control company vehicle daily to travel between  locations.

• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.

What You'll Do:

• Support Day cleaning 

• Perform floor care projects, including carpet cleaning, extraction, stairwell cleaning, and upholstery maintenance.

• Conduct facility inspections to ensure cleaning standards and customer expectations are met.

• Assist with special cleaning projects, supply deliveries, and equipment maintenance.

• Monitor and address customer requests and quality concerns.

• Operate and maintain company vehicles and cleaning equipment safely.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Good communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English.

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Must pass required background checks
